Jakarta, 7 August 2025 – SM+ participated at the DTI-CX event held on 6–7 August 2025, an industry gathering focused on digital transformation, customer experience, and technology adoption. The event brought together a wide range of stakeholders from various sectors, offering opportunities to exchange knowledge, explore solutions, and build business connections.
As part of our participation, SM+ presented its integrated offerings in collaboration with LG Sinar Mas. The joint showcase highlighted SM+’s Data Center capabilities, including its 24 operational Edge Data Centers across Indonesia, designed to deliver localized and efficient services for diverse markets. In addition, the booth featured updates on SM+’s upcoming Metro Data Center, Jakarta – SMX01, which is currently under development and expected to enhance capacity for enterprise and hyperscale requirements.
LG Sinar Mas complemented the presentation by introducing a portfolio of technology solutions tailored to support digital transformation across industries. The combined offering reflects both companies’ commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to meet evolving market demands.
During the two-day event, SM+’s booth received more than 400 visitors, comprising industry professionals, potential partners, and technology stakeholders. The team engaged in discussions on infrastructure needs, operational reliability, and opportunities for collaboration. In addition, SM+ delivered a technical presentation during one of the event’s sub-programs. The presentation focused on data center strategy, deployment models, and integration with emerging technologies, aiming to provide participants with practical insights into infrastructure planning.
The DTI-CX 2025 event also recognized exhibitors through its Best Booth Award program. SM+ was honored with third place in this category, selected from a pool of more than 135 participating companies. The first place was awarded to Komdigi, while GoCorp received second place.
