• Fraud or misuse of company assets
• Corruption, bribery, or improper gratuities
• Violations of the company’s Code of Conduct
• Conflicts of interest
• Breaches of company policies or applicable laws and regulations
• Any other actions that may potentially harm the company or its stakeholders

SM+ has established a Whistleblowing System (WBS) as a formal reporting channel for suspected violations.

Reporters are encouraged to provide clear and detailed information, supported by relevant evidence such as documents, a chronology of events, or other information that may assist in the verification process.

SM+ guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity when a report is made in good faith and ensures that no retaliation will be taken against the reporter. All reports received will be reviewed and followed up in accordance with the company’s internal procedures, while upholding the principles of confidentiality and the presumption of innocence.
